The principle objectives of the project are as follows:
- To build a local service culture of excellence in Ghana.
- To set quality standards within the Service Industry in Ghana.
- To generate employment for the local community.
- To empower local youth with skills that will give them overseas employment opportunities.
- To feature affordable short courses made possible by the Methodology.
- To implement an accelerated “Fast Track” learning Methodology to achieve the above.
- To develop a team of local Ghanaian Trainers within a period of 1 year.
- To capture Students from neighbouring countries to study in Ghana.
- To establish Ghana as a centre of excellence in Tourism and service.
- To later expand the concept to developing an Institute of Leadership.
