In association with Progress International and the "Italian Grand Maestro Maitre D" knighted by the President of Italy Alberto Civitella, we offer a Wine Service course featuring comprehensive background knowledge of the following elements:
- Wine making process
- Grape types
- Wine characteristics
- Wine producing countries
- Wine and Food pairing
- Wine tasting and sniffing
- Taking a Wine Order
- Serving Wine
- Serving Champagne
- Wine Selling techniques
The fine art of Wine Service is an intensive course for experienced Restaurant and Bar Waiters wishing to improve their knowledge on Wine, Serving techniques and ability to sell quality Wines. In particular this course is highly desirable for Restaurant, Bar and Hotel owners that need to increase service and revenue levels.
